 The soon to be released Ella Fitzgerald tribute album on June 5th will include a duet of Ella and Stevie singing You Are the Sunshine of My Life recorded live in New Orleans in 1977. Also on the album is Stevie playing

 Stevie was on stage during We Love Ella: A Tribute to the First Lady of Song at the University of Southern California's Galen Center in Los Angeles on Sunday, April 29. The show will air on PBS on June 6th and a
companion tribute album will be released June 5.
 Stevie had to buy back his 1974 Grammy for Album of the Year - Innervisions at an L.A. auction for $37,375. The Grammy was stolen many years ago. Although the recipient of 24 Grammy's, Stevie says this one is very special to him
It was his first album of the year award, the first for his three consecutive albums (1973-76). Also of personal note this award was received by Stevie along with his late mother who escorted him to the stage to accept it.
